How to play

  1. 3–8 players. All 52 cards are dealt.
  2. Whoever has A♠ starts by playing it.
  3. Everyone must play the same suit that was led.
  4. If everyone follows suit, the cards are thrown away and the highest card leads next.
  5. No card of that suit? Cut with any card. The round stops and the player with the highest card of the led suit picks up everything on the table.
  6. Run out of cards and you're safe. The last player holding cards is the Donkey 🫏
  7. Each time you're the Donkey you get your next Ace: A♠, then A♥, A♦, A♣. Aces carry over between games.
  8. The first player to collect all 4 Aces is the final loser. Then everyone's Aces reset.
  9. If a player leaves, everyone waits 1 minute for them to come back — otherwise the room closes.
